We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Casino Dealer to join our team in Roatán. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of table games — including Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and others — while ensuring strict adherence to all casino rules, procedures, and responsible gaming standards.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere for all guests.
- Conduct and manage table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other popular casino games in a fair, professional, and engaging manner.
- Ensure compliance with all casino rules and gaming procedures, promoting integrity and fair play at all times.
- Handle bets, chip exchanges, and payouts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, providing guests with a fun and memorable gaming experience.
- Monitor player behavior to identify and report any irregularities or violations.
- Maintain an impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanor, and positive attitude throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with the casino team to ensure smooth operations and uphold company standards.
- Previous experience as a Casino Dealer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker rules and procedures required.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
